The neighborhood
Make a day of it
We're two blocks from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Park in the garage directly across the street, browse both of our floors, then wander the block — there's live music most weekends and plenty of good food within a few minutes' walk.
Downtown is under construction with Project O Street, so grab a “Wizard of O St” Adventure Card at any shop in our building and follow the Dorothy Map to skip the detours.
